Certified and notarized translation

At the request of the customer we can certify translated documents i.e. authenticate them using our seal. Authentication of documents means that we confirm our responsibility for the translation quality. When required, the translated documents can be notarized by a Notary Public. Translation certification and notarization may be required when submitting documents to government agencies.

Certification is required when submitting documents for marriage registration, obtaining residence permits and work permits, applying for retirement pensions and benefits. All translated documents are edited by proofreaders and checked for spelling and grammar mistakes.
