At the customer's request we can certify translated documents i.e. authenticate them using our seal. Authentication of documents means that we confirm our responsibility for the translation quality. When required, the translated documents can be notarized by a Notary Public. Translation certification and notarization may be required when submitting documents to government agencies.
Certification is required when submitting documents for marriage registration, obtaining residence permits and work permits, applying for retirement pensions and benefits. Rates for Russian or Ukrainian certified translations
We apply fixed rates to the following types of documents issued in Russia, Ukraine and other CIS republics, including documents, issued in former USSR. Certification and notarization of our translaitons are free. Regular mail is free within US and Canada.
